Nestled in the charming area of Lutong, Miri, Toast House has recently rebranded itself as Tiga Tawai Cafe, yet it continues to uphold the beloved culinary traditions that patrons have cherished over the years. This quaint café is a delightful mixture of the familiar and the new, offering a serene dining atmosphere that feels both welcoming and vibrant.

Step inside and be greeted by the hustle and bustle of friendly staff, whose warm smiles make you feel right at home. Tiga Tawai Cafe is not just another spot to grab a bite; it is a place where flavors meet nostalgia. The café retains its classic offerings such as fluffy toast slathered with velvety butter and paired perfectly with soft-boiled eggs—a dish that warms the heart as much as it satisfies the palate.

However, this café's true gem lies in its recent addition of authentic Orang Ulu cuisine, prepared by the owner herself, bringing a unique local flair to the menu. Imagine savoring dishes rich with heritage and flavor, all crafted with care and the freshest ingredients. This innovative step not only preserves the traditional standards but also invites customers to explore the roots of Sarawakian flavors.

Customers have commented on their delightful experiences, from the fast service to the inviting ambience. One happy diner, Michelle Sarah Walter, emphasized the speedy service, good food, and friendly staff, ensuring that every visit is enjoyable. Another, JO Jinap, celebrated the café's continued classic offerings while revealing the new and exciting dishes, providing an opportunity to embrace local culinary culture.

While you may come for the toast and kolo mee available from nearby eateries, it’s the café’s atmosphere and dedication to quality that will keep you returning. Patrons like Ahmad Salmeen have found it to be the perfect spot for breakfast or lunch, although they advise stopping by early, as the café closes at 4 PM. The café's edges are softened by its strategic location in Senadin, making it an accessible and charming destination in the heart of Miri.

Tiga Tawai Cafe is more than a mere stop to replenish your energy, it’s a celebration of local heritage and culinary craftsmanship. Whether you are a local resident or a traveler passing through, this café promises a memorable experience that merges the comfort of familiar favorites with the thrill of culinary exploration. Visit Tiga Tawai Cafe and indulge in the delightful fusion of tradition and innovation.

The name of this place has changed to Tiga Tawai Cafe. It still keep the previous old menu list like toast & soft boil egg, etc. The new attraction is the authentic orang ulu foods cooked by the owner herself. Come & enjoy at Senadin near Lutong.

Food quality is going down... Fried mee mamak just like normal fried noddle. The roast just brown without crisp as it used to be
